Phase 1
Initial Discovery & Concept Development
We begin with a preliminary design meet to understand your vision, preferences and project goals.
Introductory Call
Every project begins with a phone consultation where we understand your requirements.
Functionality
We dive deeper into your lifestyle, spatial needs, and usage patterns—covering furniture preferences, functions, and future goals.
Site Evaluation
We then visit your space to evaluate its condition, discuss scope, timeline, and budget.
Preliminary Design
Based on this input, our design team prepares a concept proposal and rough estimate outlining the creative direction and cost range.
Milestone – 10% Payment
Once you’re happy with the direction and estimate, a 10% advance moves the project into the detailed design phase.
Phase 2
Design Finalization & Documentation
We finalize every design detail – from layouts to materials – ensuring complete clarity before execution begins.
Design Presentation
We present detailed concept boards, layout options, and budget refinements. Your feedback helps us fine-tune the vision.
Technical Documentation
We generate precise documentation: flooring layouts, lighting plans, plumbing points, electrical drawings, and product specifications.
Material & Finish Selections
From colors to textiles, fixtures to finishes—we help you make curated choices that align with the design goals.
Milestone – 40% Payment
With approvals in place, a 30% payment confirms design completion and initiates project execution.
Phase 3
Contract & On‑Site Kickoff
Once the design is approved, we proceed with order confirmation for materials, furniture and installations to begin timely execution.
Agreement Signing
We formalize the detailed scope, final estimate, and execution plan in a signed contract.
Site Mobilization
Execution begins—civil work, electrical, ceiling and tiling tasks kick off under the supervision of our dedicated coordinator.
Milestone – 90% Payment
Two payments of 25% each are made in sync with site progress and material delivery.
Phase 4
Execution & Styling
Our team manages the complete project execution with precision, ensuring quality workmanship, timely progress and seamless co-ordination on site.
Supervised Installation
Our team actively monitors site activity and coordinates with trusted vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
Furnishing & Décor
Furniture, lighting, and decorative elements are installed and styled—bringing your design to life with personality and polish.
Milestone – 100% Payment
With installation nearing completion, the final 10% is paid prior to site handover.
Phase 5
Handover & Aftercare
We complete the journey with a smooth project handover, delivering a fully finished space that’s ready to live-in and exactly as envisioned.
Finishing Touches
We walk through every detail—adjustments, deep cleaning, and final styling to ensure the space is picture-perfect.
