Mumbai Nights – A visual treat and a grand entertainer accentuating a political fulmination

Mumbai Nights is a visual treat and a grand entertainer accentuating a political fulmination. It is an adaptation of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night and manifests elements of Bollywood and pulp-fiction. The play is a blend of witticism, live music, dance and spoofs of Bollywood blockbusters. The stage is set wonderfully with cutouts of heavyweights like Amitabh Bachchan and Rakesh Maria walking in and out. Actors descend from the heavens in a basket, much like items in a Bollywood dance number.
